  Consistently horrible customer service from Bill in the Auto Center. He never goes beyond the very minimum required and if you ask him anything his standard reply is, "I don't know." I have spent close to thousands at that auto center and I will no longer continue as their customer.

  This store is Great!!! Employees are Great and helpful!!!! To bad corporate is killing them!!!! You can clearly see merchandise in the store has thinned out drastically!!! Had to travel to this location simply because my store is so depleted on inventory!!! Don't know why they just don't close the Joliet Illinois location!!! If they refuse to keep it stocked!!! This used to be such a Great company!!!! Why is corporate putting them in the toilet??? Craftsman is such a great brand!!! Can't see why they don't capitalize on it more!!!
